2013 Val du Soleil vin blanc                                                                          $24/btl
A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc.  We retained crisp acidity to make an incredible wine by the glass or served with your favorite seafood or cheese.

100% Ing Estates Vineyard blend of Grenache, Dolcetto and Tempranillo that delivers a lighter red wine that is perfect for any and all Mediterranean cuisine.


2018 Harmonious                                                                                          $40/btl

100% Ing Estates Vineyard blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo.  This is our third generation unique blend that takes the best characteristic of each varietal and delivers a smooth, low tannin and full-bodied red blend.  This Harmonious is perfect for all cuisines that call for a bold red.  We are very happy with this special bottling of 175 cases.


2018 Cabernet Sauvignon                                                                               $62/btl

100% Ing Estates Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.  We harvested our reserve Cabernet Sauvignon in early October 2018 with a ripeness that is incredibly rich. This wine clearly demonstrates the incredible terroir of Ing Estates Vineyard.  This is our limited series reserve, only 25 cases produced.


2018 Tempranillo                                                                                            $44/btl              A truly magnificent showing of this unique varietal that loves the soils and climate of the San Antonio Valley of Monterey County.  This wine has very nice spice notes that are perfect for tapas or anytime you want a red wine that can match up to many different Mediterranean foods.  Only 25 cases produced.


2019 Dolcetto Rosé                                                                                         $24/btl

100% Ing Estates Vineyard.  A dusky rose color in the glass. Perfumed mix of lime, strawberry, rosewater and chalk. Attractive and textured with light sweet strawberry and cherry fruits, hints of rosewater and fine acidity. Finishing quite dry without any character dominating one way or the other, only 56 cases produced.


2019 Cabernet Sauvignon                                                                                $58/btl

100% Ing Estates Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.  We harvested our reserve Cabernet Sauvignon in mid-September 2019. This wine again demonstrates the incredible terroir of Ing Estates Vineyard.  This is our limited series reserve, only 45 cases produced.

100% Ing Estates Vineyard blend of Syrah, Mourvedre and Tempranillo.  This is our fourth generation of this unique blend that takes the best characteristic of each varietal and delivers a smooth, low tannin and full-bodied red blend.  This Harmonious is perfect for all cuisines that call for a bold red.  Only 145 cases produced.
